Chris Savage is a Director and senior project manager. He has extensive experience developing information management policy, and managing web site development, application development, user interface development, content development, user needs assessment, and digitization projects.

John Savage is an information management professional, providing information in the areas of strategic planning, media and electronic news monitoring, controlled vocabulary/thesaurus/taxonomy development, competitive intelligence and web site architecture.

Tim Wayne is an experienced project manager specializing in information management and information technology. He holds a Masters degree in the field of Library and Information Science.

Marina Drizhachenko is a web content development specialist. She uses her extensive background in library and information science to analyze web sites and ensure that information contained in them are accurate, up-to-date, authoritative and well-written.

George Duncan is a part of the web development team at XIST Inc. He applies his skill and experience in the web applications development field to ensure the integrity of XIST and client material including effective design, implementation, coding, testing and support.

Barbara Lance has over twenty years experience providing library and information management services. She holds Master's degrees in Biotechnology and in Library Science.

Former Head of the Communications Security Establishment library as a Government of Canada public servant, Mr. Maillet has been consulting with XIST Inc. since 2000, providing additional library and information management expertise.

Matt McCutcheon is involved in many aspects of web development including programming in PHP, ASP, JavaScript, amongst other languages. He is also adept at designing and developing relational databases in Oracle and MySQL.

Oliver Metson has over two years as a multimedia designer and over eight years as a graphic designer. He holds a Multimedia Diploma, a Computer Graphics Certificate and a Computer Programming Diploma.
