XIST Inc. occupies approximately 3000 square feet of office space in downtown Ottawa Canada. We have a fully outfitted boardroom that can comfortably seat fourteen with redundant high-speed DSL Internet connections and projection display capability. Our boardroom is available for rent by preferred clients, partners, and non-profit organizations.

Our development and production environments consist of networked Windows-based (98, 2000, NT, and XP) and Macintosh workstations with multimedia production capabilities and networked colour scanners and printers. We operate Windows NT, Linux, and Unix servers for Internet/Intranet/Extranet development and production environments. We develop and run applications via a variety of programming languages and application servers such as ASP, Java, JavaScript, PERL, ColdFusion, PHP, and more. Many of our workstations are outfitted with the latest software for a wide-range of electronic publishing requirements and business operations.

Our human resource capability consists of, graphic and multimedia designers, illustrators, programmers, network administration, writers, editors, information architects, library services professionals, and project managers.

XIST can fulfill most client requirements in-house and has an extensive partnering network to satisfy those client requirements outside of our scope of services.
